For Hospitals & Clinics

For the ones who hold everyone else.

Nurses, doctors, and allied staff carry other people's fear for a living. UNMUTE creates a protected hour where the carers can be heard, and where patient stories can safely reach the people delivering care.

What we hear most often

  • “Compassion fatigue no one has time to name.”
  • “New nurses leaving inside 18 months.”
  • “Difficult family conversations no one debriefs.”
  • “Patient feedback that stays in a form and never reaches the ward.”

One hour, off the ward, off the record — the room clinicians actually need.

Questions we're asked

Confidentiality?
Nothing shared leaves the room. No notes. No recording unless requested and consented.
Does it replace clinical supervision or EAP?
No. UNMUTE is a complement — a facilitated peer space, not therapy.
Can you run it on-ward?
We prefer off-ward for one hour. If that's impossible we bring the room to you.

Give your clinicians the hour no one else gives them.
